Cancellation Policy
Your massage time has been reserved exclusively for you.
As a one-gal shop, I work to balance my time so clients don’t have to wait weeks or months to see me and to sustain a profitable business practice so I can keep seeing clients. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations and no-shows can disrupt this balance. The following cancellation policy has been established to help maintain that equilibrium.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you are sick, please stay home. Cancellation fees will be waived for illness if you provide us with notice (please don’t no-show if at all possible). Have questions about being sick and getting a massage? Please read our blog post: Massage and the Flu. (Hint – it doesn’t make you feel better). The cancellation fee is subject to change without prior notice.
No-Shows
If you do not keep your appointment and provide no notice, you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled service price. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. Advance payment may be required for future appointments.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, it may be necessary for your session to be shortened in order for me to stay on schedule. Late arrivals will be responsible for 100% of their scheduled service price.
Reminders
Erin Copelan Massage sends reminder email messages, text messages, and / or calls as a courtesy. Should we fail to give, or should you fail to receive a reminder, you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment or give less than 24 hours notice prior to cancellation.
